What happens when I reach the Sandbox or Developer limit?

Sandbox includes 3,000 emails and Developer includes 50,000. When that monthly allowance is used, additional sends wait until the next billing month or an upgrade.

How does graduated Business pricing work?

Business includes 500,000 emails for $250. Additional usage is charged progressively up to 2 million emails each month, so crossing a threshold changes the rate only for the next block of emails. Higher-volume workloads use Enterprise.

Do you offer annual billing?

No. Sandbox, Developer, and Business are monthly plans with no annual billing option.

When should I choose Enterprise?

Choose Enterprise when contractual residency, evidence, a security review, support, procurement, service terms, or a tailored deployment matter more than self-serve packaging.

Is isolated deployment a separate plan?

No. Isolated deployment is an Enterprise option scoped as part of the contract and deployment requirements.

Which region do self-serve plans use?

Sydney (ap-southeast-2) is the currently published region. A project is permanently assigned to its selected region when it is created.
