Retention
Configurable project retention is not yet enforced. The regional API currently stores the records required by its message, event, webhook and inbound implementations until an operator or future retention job removes them.

Current control
Keep sensitive production workloads off Boundry if a fixed deletion window is mandatory. Project settings must not be treated as proof of deletion until automated enforcement and its operational evidence ship.
Planned control
Retention will be attached to each regional project, with separate content and metadata windows, deletion jobs, backup handling, and tests that prove expired data is no longer retrievable.
